Bossy Addiction is a story of a woman in the character of “ Mrs Nkeng - fua Vera” who seeks to get to the apex of the social ladder and secure a good position , all at the expense of her husband Mr. Nkengfua Richard who later realizes that his wife’s desires are insatiable . Vera is disrespected at her social group “ meeting ” where she is a prominent member because she hasn’t a traditional title . As a consequences , she goes to Belab village where she bribes the chief who crowns her with the title “ Mafua Zeng”, A title given only to women of a royal lineage. This leads her into a spir- itual battle with an unknown spirit that results to devastating aftermath.
